A tacky grease for the working end of a lathe chuck. Worked into the scroll, the jaw slides and the key square, it keeps the jaws moving smoothly so they close evenly and grip true instead of binding or juddering. It holds up to swarf and coolant, and wipes off cleanly at strip-down.
