Atkinson Oil Co. was established in the United Kingdom by Ignis Overseas Limited and its name is a tribute to British inventor and  engineer James Atkinson who invented several engines with greater efficiency than the Otto cycle.  

We have been a true lubricant and fluid specialist for many years. Since then, we’ve been on an incredible path of growth and excellence alongside our global customers and suppliers. Our goal has always been to be the most technologically advanced provider of all lubricants and liquids for current global car fleets and the industry.
